Dr. Tim Sullivan moved to St. Louis from Northeast Ohio for chiropractic school and decided he liked it so much that he wanted to settle down here. That decision was partly swayed by the fact that he met his wife who is a St. Louis native; they were married in the April 2016. Dr. Sullivan and his wife welcomed their first child, Blaise Patrick in March 2017. Dr. Sullivan graduated with honors from the University of Akron in Ohio, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. After that, he studied at Logan College of Chiropractic and graduated with a second bachelor’s degree in life science, as well as Doctor of Chiropractic. While in school, Dr. Sullivan attended over 100 hours worth of extracurricular seminars about the Gonstead system of chiropractic as well as seminars about pediatric chiropractic care, nutrition, and the use of Standard Process supplements. He also became a Gonstead Intern, which required additional hours of intense, elective study and passing a proficiency exam consisting of a written test, x-ray analysis, patient management, and adjusting technique. While finishing his last semester at Logan, Dr. Sullivan was able to intern at Dr. Mary’s office where he took x-rays, performed patient exams, and helped at the front desk. During his internship Dr. Sullivan provided chiropractic care for the office staff and their families, as well as Dr. Mary and her family.
Since moving to St. Louis, Dr. Tim Sullivan has adopted the St. Louis cardinals as his favorite baseball team and enjoys going to games. He loves cooking and trying new recipes, as well as trying new restaurants around the city. He enjoys going for walks and hikes at the nearby parks and venturing out to local events like concerts at the Botanical Gardens and movies on Art Hill.
